How do I make a deposit?

  1. Click on "cashier" in the Lobby, then followed by clicking on the "Your Details" tab. Once your personal details have been provided you are ready to make your first deposit.
  2. Now click on the "Deposit" tab at the top of the screen. Select your preferred deposit method, add your account and then simply fill out the relevant details.

How do I make a withdrawal?

I can't fax or scan verification documents?

If you do not have a printer, fax or scanner you can use a community computer or fax. Digital camera or camera phone images are also acceptable. However, all images must be clearly visible

Why won't my Credit Card work?

  1. Check your email and see if you have been sent an email explaining why your transaction was denied. It may state that you have entered your card number or cvv2 number was entered incorrectly.
  2. Try again with another card.
  3. Deposit via click2pay.com or another ewallet.
  4. Contact your financial institution and ask them if they have any restrictions placed on your card for online gambling sites.

I made a deposit with my credit card but it has not shown up in my CarbonPoker account

Click on "cashier" then on "history". You will be able to view your transaction history here and any pending deposits. You may have been asked to complete a verification process or your deposit may have been denied. You can view these details here.

Why was my account held when I tried to make a deposit?

Your account may have been held for one of the following reason:

  1. You have added too may credit cards
  2. The payment method you have added is shared by another player.
  3. You have added a payment method on a shared computer.
