How Do I Win Prizes?

Terms & Conditions

As a member of CarbonPoker, herein "the Promotion", you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Carbon Win Big promotion will run from Friday 1 until Sunday 31 January (inclusive), 2010. On Monday 1 February at midnight (00:00 Carbon Time), the VIP points counter will cease recording VIP Points and any earned after this time will NOT count towards prize requirements.
  2. In order to be eligible to receive your cash prize, you must have made a minimum of at least 1 deposit between your join date and up to and including 31 January, 2010.
  3. All cash prizes will be paid in full directly to your poker account, without any further play through requirements. Cash prizes will be available for withdrawal after 5 days of being issued to your account.
  4. Each prize level has a maximum number of prizes that can be awarded. Example: If player A was the 11th player to qualify for prize level 20, then no cash prize would be paid for this level as the prize limit of 10 is already filled.
  5. Players can win ALL cash prizes during the promotion, but must meet the requirements.
  6. Please allow up to 20 minutes to receive your payment, from the time the applicable task is completed.
  7. All players must meet CarbonPoker's Terms & Conditions, and CarbonPoker reserves the right to modify these rules at any time, and for any reason, at its sole discretion.
  8. Any Breach of the Terms will result in instant removal from the Promotion.

In case of any disputes regarding any terms or conditions of this promotion, the decision of CarbonPoker's management is final.
