All in on AK, KQ, AJ and JJ or better. Its a little lose, but If i bleed down to 4000 in chips im pretty much gone. Thats two double ups compared to one I would have to make now.

Back at the table now and cards are being flicked my way. Gunnner tells the table a story about a player earlier in the day…or maybe it was yesterday (once again the mind blanks), that ended up with a card flicked under his fingernail. This dealer’s like a cannon so my hands get the hell out of dodge. Cards come but nothing good. A few hands in and I have a decent hand AQ. All in. A call. Here we go again…

Im back in and up to 12000 chips now. Still drastically short stacked, but up from where I was. Vos has taken a beating in chips in the past few hands, though he isn’t overly interested in being there. He says so and turns back to watching some TV show on his Iphone. A hand latter he is almost level with me in chips, turns to me and says I have a feeling this next hand your either going to double me up or Im going to double you up. Maybe I say. Cards flick out like a fanning machine gun. I look down AA.

‘This hand you say’ I ask Vos.

‘I dunno, Lets see’ He comments as he raises.

‘ahhh…i dunno..ahh screw it lets play’ I falter before pushing all in. He quickly calls.

He is left with around 1200 in chips left and im back up to 22000. I dont get the honour of taking him out completely, but I do get the satisfaction of doing all the work. Though how on earth did he know it would be next hand? odd.

The remaining 90 minutes of the days play passes in a blur. I cant remember any hands I played, other than seeing a flop for free in the BB position with A5. Two pair from the flop, so I slow play. Two 4000 chip bets and I call. Another crap card and a further bet of the same size and a fold. I reraise and he calls, the show down comes quick and I hear congratulations from those around me on a nice hand. Oh and a huge pot.

I end the day with 52000 in chips. A few thousand above average. The Carbon team ends the day with the following…
