One of the best televised poker events is NBC’s Poker After Dark. I like this show for several reasons – first off its on all the time. Its good knowing that there is some decent poker action on the idiot box regularly. Secondly its got a star studded lineup. Its ranks are full of the worlds best players. Huck Seed, Johnny Chan, Hellmuth, Brunson, Jennifer Harman, Erik Seidel, and my favorite, Daniel Negreanu all feature on the show. Thirdly, its entertaining! Theres not much worse than watching boring TV, however Poker After Dark never lets me down. Be it Phil Hellmuth blowing up or Daniel Negreanu with his amazing reads; its always entertaining.
